so here i am, in this cold strange house, with too many people in it. i'm wondering if anyone else is freezing, but i don't want to ask. music is blaring, people are playing a video game, others are talking; i'm oblivious. this little box to put my words in are all i need right now.

my eyes are blurry, and my hands are cold.

people come in the room and say incoherent things and i can't hear them or i ignore them because....
